These cover the LastSpin website and founding access. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

What LastSpin is not

LastSpin is not treatment, not therapy, not a medical device and not a healthcare service. Nothing on this site or in the app is medical advice or a diagnosis, and none of it is a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself, contact a local helpline or emergency service.

Founding access

Founding access costs €49, is paid once, and is not a subscription. It grants lifetime access to the paid tier of the LastSpin app for the person who bought it. It is limited to 100 places; after those are taken the price is €69.

The app does not exist yet. This is stated plainly on the site and it is stated plainly here: you are paying in advance for software that is still being built. The free tools are the first release, the paid tier follows, and no delivery date is promised.

“Lifetime” means for as long as LastSpin operates. It does not mean I can guarantee a service will run forever, and no honest person would tell you otherwise.

Refunds

You can have your money back within 30 days of purchase for any reason at all, including changing your mind. Write to hello@lastspin.org and it will be refunded.

Beyond 30 days: if the paid tier is never delivered, or if LastSpin shuts down before it is delivered, you get a full refund on request. If you relapse, if things get worse, or if you simply decide this was money you should not have spent, ask and I will refund you. I am not going to argue with someone about €49 they spent while unwell.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, acting as merchant of record. Creem handles the transaction, taxes and card details; your card details never reach this site. Creem's own terms apply to the payment itself.

Acceptable use

Founding access is for one person and is not transferable or resellable. Do not use this site to attack it, scrape it or abuse the forms.

Liability

LastSpin is provided as it is. I cannot promise it will keep you from gambling, and no software can. To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to what you paid. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
