Privacy

This is the short version, because the short version is the whole version. If you have gambling problems, the last thing you need is your interest in a recovery app following you around the internet.

What I collect

Your email address, and only if you type it into a form and submit it. Nothing else — no name, no phone number, no address, no contacts.

If you use the calculator, the numbers you enter stay in your browser. They are never sent anywhere unless you ask for the result by email, and in that case they are used to write that one email and are not stored alongside your address afterwards.

Who else sees it

Your address is stored with Resend, which is the service that sends the mail, and that is the only place it lives. The site runs on Vercel, which processes standard server request logs. If you buy founding access, the payment is handled entirely by Creem as merchant of record — they hold the payment details and I never see your card.

Your address is never sold, never rented, never shared with advertisers and never used for anything except emails from LastSpin.

Cookies and tracking

No third-party cookies. No advertising pixels, no Facebook or TikTok tracking, no session recording, no cross-site profiling. The site uses Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Emails

You get a message when you sign up, the calculator result if you asked for it, and a message when there is something real to use. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Deleting your data

Write to hello@lastspin.org and ask, and your address is deleted. You do not have to explain why and there is no retention window I am going to hold you to. You can also ask for a copy of everything I hold, which will be one line long.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to its processing. The legal basis for holding your address is your consent, given when you submitted the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or by writing to me.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what happens to your data, you will be told by email before it takes effect.
